- The management at JA Manafaru reserves the right to amend, revise or discontinue this offer for any reason at any time.
- Our Villa & Breakfast offer is available based on international check-in and check-out timings and at other times at the resorts’ discretion.
- Beverages other than those listed are not included in any Villa & Breakfast Meal Plan.
- The food offering for Adults is based on one daily breakfast in KAKUNI, our all day dining restaurant. Children are catered for under the ‘KIDS GO FREE’ offering. All Food outside of these parameters will be charged to your account at the prevailing menu pricing for Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner as directed.
- “KIDS GO FREE” for Villa & Breakfast Meal Plan is for children up to 11.99 years old is based on existing villa bedding and one meal per day (Breakfast) of two courses from the Children’s menus and also includes 1x soft drink from the childrens selection.
- The offerings may be subject to a change of venue at the resort’s discretion.
- Your villa and meal plan preference is inclusive of 16% T-GST and 10% Service Charge.
- Maldives Green Tax of $6 per person, per day (including infants/children) will be charged and collected at the resort for settlement on departure.
- No compensation in cash or kind will be offered for non-consumed items.
- The offering is only valid when consumed in our nominated venue as directed.
- Please note that it is an offense in the Maldives to remove alcohol from a resort island on departure.
- All presented billing must be checked and signed to avoid unnecessary charges to your account.
- Fitness Centre, CoolZone, ChillZone and all pools are unmanned and conditions of use apply. Parents/guardians should be present in all children facilities. Also note, Lifeguards are not present at any pool or on our beaches.
- **Tennis Court and Badminton Court use is with our compliments. Charges may apply for the use of equipment and/or any promotional packages.
- ***Windsurfing are complimentary for licensed guests. A tuition fee will be charged for guests without a license.
- Internal Maldives Transfers to the Resort are not included in any meal plan offering, however the resort will be happy to assist arrange Internal Maldives Transfers reservations to and from Male’ (Velana International Airport) on your behalf in line with the reservation requirements deemed by the operator. Charges will be applied to your account and may be settled pre arrival or predeparture. Guests are reminded that Terms and Conditions apply for all Internal Maldives Transfers and Transfers are operated by a third party. We advise all Guests to reach out to our reservations team for the approximate flight schedule prior to booking their international flights.
