Dog Friendly Rooms

We are super excited to welcome you and your fury friends to our property, and here are a few points to note before booking with us:

Book directly or get in touch with the team on reservations.hfh@jaresorts.com prior to your arrival so that we can make the necessary arrangements as well as inform you of all the rules & regulations.
A member of our team will call you at least 24 hrs before arrival in case you have any further questions.
All pet owners must sign the disclaimer form and share it with the team prior to arrival, otherwise we will have to deny entry.
Pets are allowed only in specific pet friendly rooms and designated areas.
Dogs of all sizes are welcome.
Addition cost of AED 150 per stay and AED 50 per day per pet to be added for sanitisation & dedicated pet cleaning services.
Limited to two pets per room.
Pets are allowed in specific pet friendly public spaces.
Pets should be leashed at all times when outside the room as we have other resident animals on the property.
Pet parents are required to be in the room during housekeeping.
Pet parents are responsible for cleaning up after their furry ones.
Pet parents are fully responsible for any damages inside the room or hotel.
